Tim has a knack for leading by producing high-value work and building respect around him to the point that others follow by example. This can be seen in how his first major feature page in Confluence, became the standard by which others followed. 

Additionally, his Glue Glossary became an excellent resource to standardize terminology across Gameplay teams and QA. Tim did well to call out his primary  contributions for onboarding others, but it should also be said that these test analysts have been leveled up because of Tim’s efforts. Each one improved their overall team contributions and morale once the onboarding was complete.

Tim quickly picked up game concepts, team structure, and processes, and then applied his own previous unique experiences to his role. He excelled at his role by finding defects early and often leading to a lower cost of development. His clear communication style permeates throughout the team and set examples for others to follow, such as his diagrams for testing the FTUE pop-up refactor or through his TestRail and Confluence documentation. The sheer volume across the year is the highest across the team and to also hit Blizzard quality across his test results, the teams he influenced over the year, and the documentation he provided amplified every other member's capabilities in Warcraft Rumble QA.

Tim always goes above and beyond when it comes to testing with time constraints. There were multiple occasions that playtests RC had the potential to be delayed but Tim worked beyond expectations to validate a build for the team.

Tim does a great job communicating daily bugs found while testing PvP. This ensured that Elhora and myself were able to delegate these bugs efficiently to ensure solutions made it in the build within a timely manor.
